Start docker desktop

Run the following command in local terminal to run local instance of docker with notebook / Python3 workspace:

docker run -p 8888:8888 -v ~/<enter_workspace_path_here>:/home/jovyan jupyter/minimal-notebook

Check container logs and go to suggested URL

Use pip to install any packages needed via new code cell at the start of notebook:

!pip install pandas

Restart Kernal & Run all cells
